An honors graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Eric Jones spent his first eight years defending personal injury claims. Since 2006 he has represented injured people and their families, drawing on that defense-side experience in every case.

Eric Jones graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1998 and began his career on the defense side of personal injury litigation. For eight years he represented individuals and corporations against the kinds of claims he now brings, and saw firsthand how insurance companies and their lawyers work to reduce what injured people are paid.
He has tried cases to verdict on both the plaintiff’s and the defense side.
In 2006, Mr. Jones switched sides, joining Paul B. Episcope, LLC to represent injured individuals and their families. He knows which arguments carriers raise, how they value cases, and where those defenses break down. Over more than 25 years in practice, he has tried cases to verdict on both the plaintiff’s and the defense side.
In 2012, the Law Bulletin Publishing Company named Mr. Jones one of the 40 most talented attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40. Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized him as a Super Lawyer in Illinois every year since 2015.
